Lead Business Systems Analyst

Location Raleigh NC - 4 Days onsite

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 plus years of experience with strong business knowledge of commercial lending origination/underwriting, including Credit risk and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Superior collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness.
• Strong communication abilities, with experience driving business liaison meetings and driving requirements and designs.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2.
• Experience with screen design and Miro flows.

• Experience leading business requirement sessions.
• Experience running design JAD sessions and capturing details.
• Experience interacting with business partners and defining business process flows for target state.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management processes.
• Drive conversations with business partners using strong knowledge of commercial underwriting and risk management processes.
• Track project deliverables, manage risks, and issues using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction to the project team.
• Monitor and report on project progress to all partners.
