Lead Bartender

Lead Bartender Flower on Freeman (Ohio City)

Flower on Freeman is rebuilding its bar team and looking for a strong lead bartender who can step in, take ownership, and help run a tight, consistent bar.

This is not a passive bartending role. We are looking for someone who can hold the room, move with urgency, and lead by example.

What You ll Do:

• Run shifts independently and keep the bar clean, stocked, and controlled
  
• Execute cocktails with speed and consistency
  
• Maintain inventory, set par levels, and assist with ordering to keep the bar properly stocked
  
• Help simplify and maintain a focused, high-performing menu
  
• Set the tone for service, pace, and professionalism behind the bar
  
• Assist in training and supporting additional staff
  

What We re Looking For:

• 2+ years bartending experience (cocktail experience required)
  
• Strong presence behind the bar calm, fast, and reliable
  
• Leadership mindset able to take ownership of a shift
  
• Experience with inventory, ordering, or bar management is a plus
  
• No drama, no call-offs reliability is non-negotiable
  
• Understands how to balance quality with volume
  

Compensation:

• $10 $12/hr base + tips
  
• Strong earning potential on busy nights
  
• Opportunity to grow into a key leadership role as the team is rebuilt
  

Schedule:

• Evening shifts (4pm start)
  
• Must be available Friday and Saturday
