Lawn Care & Snow Technician – Year-Round

Wilmington, MA + North Shore / North Suburban Boston

$23–$28/hr + performance-based pay increases

We’re looking for an experienced Lawn Care Technician with a growth mindset to join our year-round team at Garrick-Santo Landscape Co. In this role, you’ll:

• Safely apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to client properties
• Monitor turf health and manage pests & weeds with precision
• Maintain equipment and keep accurate application records
• Provide top-notch service as part of a supportive, professional crew
• Join our snow operations team in the winter (plowing, snow blowing, deicing)

Requirements:

• 2–3 years lawn care application experience
• Active MA Pesticide License
• Valid driver’s license + clean record (DOT medical card required or able to obtain)
