Lawn Care & Landscape Technician
Pay:$20$25/hour
Location: Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas

Advance Services is hiring dependable team members for a well-established, locally owned lawn and landscape company serving the Cedar Rapids area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and are looking for long-term potential not just a short-term role.
Both experienced candidates and entry-level applicants who are motivated to learn are encouraged to apply.
What Youll Do
Perform lawn care and landscape services including mowing, trimming, edging, lawn treatments, landscape maintenance, and seasonal services
Operate and maintain professional lawn care and landscaping equipment
Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials using company vehicles
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Work independently and as part of a team
Learn new skills across multiple service areas through training and hands-on experience
Full-time seasonal position (spring through fall)
Opportunities for winter work and long-term employment
Participation in snow removal on-call rotation during winter weather events, which may include early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and short-notice call-ins
$20$25 per hour, based on experience
Weekly pay through Advance Services
