Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the firm’s Request for Proposal (RFP) and strategic pursuits efforts from opportunity assessment through post-submission follow-up
Serve as strategic advisor and project manager throughout the full pursuit lifecycle
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality RFP responses and pitch materials
Collaborate with attorneys, business development teams, and practice groups to develop compelling proposals and presentations
Manage content libraries, templates, and pursuit processes for efficiency and consistency
Conduct opportunity assessments and provide recommendations on pursuit strategy
Track and report on pursuit metrics, win rates, and pipeline health
Support post-pursuit debriefs and continuous process improvement
Contribute to broader marketing and business development initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive experience in RFP/response management, business development, or pursuits, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Proven track record leading complex RFP and strategic pursuit processes with successful outcomes
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for crafting persuasive proposals
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
