Law Clerk

Job duties: Conduct legal research in the field of U.S. immigration law. Review and analyze legal documents, summarize findings, and assist attorneys in staying current with immigration laws, government regulations, case laws, and legal procedures. Organize and compile supporting evidence, including country conditions for asylum, cancellation of removal cases, and waivers of inadmissibility. Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda with proper citations. Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates. Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCIS and USDOL.

One year of experience and Master's degree in Law
