Laundry Attendant

What We Look For...

We are in search of a reliable, self‑motivated, and collaborative Laundry Attendant to support our daily operations. This role plays an essential part in ensuring all linens are thoroughly cleaned, supplies are consistently restocked, the laundry area remains organized, and public spaces are kept neat and orderly.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time and in complete uniform, including name tag, as prescribed by your Supervisor
• Pick up dirty linen throughout the day from room attendants' carts; Linen is not to be left in hallways for any amount of time
• Assist with moving supplies, linen deliveries, and organizing incoming inventory into proper storage locations.
• Restock linen rooms in assigned area per the par established by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure back-of-house storage areas, supply rooms, and housekeeping storage spaces are kept clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times.
• Clean stair wells, including stair railing, and vending areas in assigned area
• Support Room Attendants by assisting with room cleaning when necessary due to occupancy levels, staffing needs, or operational demand.
• Empty trash from Room Attendants carts and replace trash bag on a timely basis
• Be continually alert for the safety of all employees and guests, reporting any unsafe conditions to your immediate supervisor
• Assist other departments (housekeeping, front desk, maintenance) as needed.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and team-oriented attitude when interacting with guests and fellow team members.

The Model Qualifications:

• Previous hotel experience preferred, but not necessary.
