Laser/Brake Operator

Essential Personnel is collaborating with a global technology company in Nebraska to recruit a Laser/Brake Operator. Requirements:
Knowledge or experience with metal cutting and fabrication processes
Ability to read measurements and maintain accuracy in production work
Strong communication skills and ability to understand English instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate laser cutting and press brake fabrication machinery
Operate CNC equipment and adhere to production specifications
Measure, cut, and prepare metal materials accurately
Monitor equipment performance and conduct basic machine maintenance
Assist with inventory management and material handling
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality production
