SCHEDULE FOR OUR LARGE BALANCE COLLECTOR:
This is a full‑time role with the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9 am – 6 pm
- Wednesday: 10 am – 7 pm
- Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
YOUR ROLE AS A LARGE BALANCE COLLECTOR:
In this role, you'll step into fast-paced days filled with meaningful interactions, making outbound calls, guiding consumers through payment solutions, and applying your negotiation expertise to secure successful resolutions. You'll provide courteous customer service, manage large-balance accounts with precision, and represent the professionalism our team is known for.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 1+ years of consumer collection experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Professional, courteous, career‑minded approach
Experience with consumer debt collection is a plus!
