Role: Property Services Landscaping Coordinator
Maintain property appearance, lead field teams, manage schedules, support bids and budgeting, and ensure consistent landscaping quality.Key Responsibilities
Lead & Support Teams
  • Supervise Landscaping Leads and Specialists
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members
  • Provide real-time guidance and problem-solving
  • Share updates with the Director of Property Services
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and seasonal planning
  • Purchase materials with approval
Operations & Quality
  • Manage daily, weekly, and seasonal schedules
  • Ensure consistent presentation standards
  • Troubleshoot landscaping and irrigation issues
  • Oversee mowing, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, irrigation repairs
  • Use technology for tracking, documentation, and planning
Business & Bids
  • Track materials and equipment needs
  • Assist with budgeting and contractor planning
  • Solicit bids and review proposals
  • Prepare bid comparisons and recommendations
  • Support contract execution
  • Provide input on plant selection and landscape planning
Communication & Coordination
  • Liaison between field teams and leadership
  • Coordinate with property management
  • Provide daily/weekly schedule and progress updates
  • Communicate weather impacts and adjustments
What You Bring
  • 5+ years landscaping or grounds experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Business acumen; experience with budgets, bids, and contracts
  • Comfortable with technology and project tools
  • Knowledge of landscaping equipment, irrigation, and plant care
  • Valid driver’s license
