Wasatch Lawn Pros LLC in Ogden, UT in need of 12 Temporary full time positions as Snow tech Laborer in Northern Utah for the Winter/Fall season. October 20, 2025 to March 14, 2026. Schedule: M-F 8 am to 5 pm. Job site: Weber County, Morgan County, Box Elder County, Cache County, Davis County Duties: Remove snow from all sidewalk and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, snow plow machines and snow plows on pick up trucks. Apply salt as needed by hand, salt applicators such as spreaders, and trucks. Site prep. Parking lot maintenance. Dumpster cleaning, gutter cleaning can be done in the fall before snow falls. Special Machinery / Tools / Knowledge: hand tools, snow blowers, salt spreaders, blowers. Must be able to work 8 hours a day. Must be able to work outside in the cold, must be able to work on feet multiple hours a day. Able to lift 50 lbs. Terms and Conditions of Employment: Pay is at $19 hr. with overtime paid at $28.5 hr, paid every two weeks. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Deductions from pay checks will be all deductions required by law. Wage offered will be equal to or exceeds the highest of the prevailing wage or the Federal, State, or local minium wage. Optional Housing can be provided to worker at the rate of $300.00 per month, deducted from paycheck at the rate of $150 per pay check. Workers will be provided tools, supplies and equipment to perform the job at no cost to the employee. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek, for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Workers transportation and subsistence from the place the worker has come to work for the employer to place of employment and return transportation and subsistence will be provided. Daily subsistence (per diem) will be at least $15.88 during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. If the worker completes the period of employment covered by the job order (not counting any extensions), or if the worker is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, and the worker has no immediate subsequent H-2B employment, the employer will provide or pay at the time of departure for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer.
