Landscape Laborer

Hourly Wage: $19.00+

Great Oaks Landscape has been a trusted leader in the landscaping industry for over 30 years. We specialize in high-quality landscape design and construction for both residential and commercial properties. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced landscape construction laborers to join the Great Oaks Landscape team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate power tools, equipment, and machinery required for landscape construction projects
• Perform landscape construction tasks including planting, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, and site layout
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers, as well as daily vehicle and equipment inspections (AM/PM)
• Work efficiently and safely as part of a crew to meet project deadlines
• Follow all company policies and comply with local health and safety regulations
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the landscape or construction industry
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience operating landscape equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, etc.) safely and responsibly
• Knowledge of landscape materials, methods, tools, and equipment
• Good time management and organizational skills
