About the Role
Continuum Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaping Detail Supervisor to help maintain the appearance and health of our clients’ outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and values safety, consistency, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain landscaped beds to ensure they are weed-free and free of debris
• Perform weeding (hand and spray application) and pruning as needed
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Drive a designated route to various job sites
• Communicate daily with management regarding schedules and site updates
• Follow all EPA and MDARD safety and compliance standards
• Maintain a safe work environment for crews, clients, the public, and the environment
• Support additional projects and team needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and reliability in daily reporting
• Commitment to safe work practices and regulatory compliance (EPA & MDARD)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Certified Pesticide Applicator preferred (training provided if needed)
• Experience with backpack spraying equipment is a plus
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, and pull for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
