A day in the life of a Landscape Crew member looks like:
• Creating beautiful outdoor spaces for clients via the installation and management of hardscaping, irrigation, and plant material.
• Utilizing problem solving skills when challenges arise.
• Applying your ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities in relation to the project youare working on.
• Communicating effectively with other crew members, managers, contractors, and clients.
• Allowing your attention to detail skills to shine!
Requirements:
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reputable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use basic landscape tools, equipment, machinery, trailers, and other landscape equipment.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Good time management skills and availability to work extended hours when needed.
• Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds (i.e. clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and designers)
• Ability to exercise good judgement with a strong attention to detail.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Employees are offered competitive pay commensurate to experience and/or education. Starting wages average $25-35/hr with potential for significant growth. Paid holidays and 3 weeks of paid time off for full-time employees after 90-day probationary period. Ferry stipend for off-island commuters. Please include resume and references.
