We're currently seeking a full time Land Use Paralegal
This is not a hybrid position
This person will work at our corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ
You will work directly for the President/CEO of our Real Estate Development Company
Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO on processing and following up with engineers/lawyers and other professionals to track land use approvals, entitlements, and project management
- Answer and respond to phone calls; communicate messages to the CEO at the end of each day
- Prioritize and respond to all emails
- Maintain the filing system of government approvals and entitlements
- Organize and prepare agendas and minutes for all meetings relating to tracking government approvals including sending reminders to responsible parties
- Prepare and review all mail for the CEO relating to real estate matters
- Manage the CEO’s calendar when necessary
- Includes all of the above, but not limited to the listed responsibilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Flexible schedule
