We currently have an opportunity for a Land Use Paralegal in the Morris County, NJ area.
Position responsibilities are:
- Reading surveys, plans, title reports and file, diary, and follow up on all manner of use applications
- Preparing, managing, and completing land use applications before planning and zoning boards
- Expedite and assist with transactional aspects of land use and real estate cases, including inspections and reports
- Serve as a Liaison between clients and attorneys, as well as between Municipal and County Planning and Zoning Boards and attorneys

Position requirements:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in land use in a law firm
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work
