Laminate Coordinator

Essential Job Functions:

• Post Laminate Purchase Order’s daily
• Coordinate release of back-order labels to the Lines as needed
• Enter data from cut sheets and subs from packets in IFS
• Release packets for Panel Line, Bravo Line, and Alpha Line throughout the day
• Enter backorders for Shipping Dept in IFS
• Release rerun labels from the Lines after checking laminate inventory

• Communicate with Purchasing on any discrepancies with Laminate deliveries

• Perform Cycle Counts to determine inventory needs
• Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly
• Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes
• Develop and maintain a product/laminate location and identification program
• Communicate inventory changes, cancellations, deficiencies, or reassignments to appropriate team members, departments, and vendors
• Maintain positive work environment, communicating to all internal and external customers to meet business objectives
• Follow all Safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by Materials and Planning Manager
