Reporting to the COO, CMO, or designee, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and reliable test results that drive exceptional patient care. This is your opportunity to shape departmental strategy, optimize resources, and inspire staff through education, training, and a shared commitment to excellence. From advancing quality improvement initiatives to elevating clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, your work will make a measurable impact every day.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or Physical Science OR Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technician.
• 8 years working in a clinical laboratory setting with experience in Pathology, Chemistry and Hematology and History.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care facility.
• Certification from an accredited laboratory certification program: CLS, MLS, MT or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ progressive leadership experience in the laboratory setting.
• 3+ years’ management experience.

Benefits and Compensation: 103,000k-130,000K Compensation DOE, along with many other great benefits.
