Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid schedule with a strong mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility.

Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have 3+ years of strong litigation experience. Labor and employment law experience is preferred.

Job Description

  • Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
  • Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other key litigation documents
  • Support case strategy, factual development, legal research, and overall matter management
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings
  • Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business-focused legal guidance
  • Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys on complex workplace disputes and sensitive employment matters
  • Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-level practice

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of strong litigation experience
  • Active Georgia bar admission required
  • Labor and employment law experience preferred
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong client communication and professional judgment
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment
