Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid schedule with a strong mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility.
Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have 3+ years of strong litigation experience. Labor and employment law experience is preferred.

Job Description
- Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other key litigation documents
- Support case strategy, factual development, legal research, and overall matter management
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings
- Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business-focused legal guidance
- Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys on complex workplace disputes and sensitive employment matters
- Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-level practice
Qualifications
- 3+ years of strong litigation experience
- Active Georgia bar admission required
- Labor and employment law experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong client communication and professional judgment
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment
