We are currently on the search for a Labor and Employment Partner Attorney to join our team with proven experience in handling wage and hour cases!
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead our growing labor and employment litigation team which consists of 10+ attorneys and 10+ support staff
- Lead trial and litigation strategy to continue growing brand

Job Details
As a Labor and Employment Partner Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- JD Degree from accredited law school
- Admitted to the CA State Bar
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- 5+ years of experience in Labor and Employment, specifically wage and hour, harassment, retaliation and similar cases
- Experience supervising a team of litigators
- Proven background in improving litigation strategy and brand
