Position Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in circuit board rework and electronic hardware support.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an engineering lab setting, where they will be responsible for reworking extremely complicated PCBs that utilize state-of-the-art components.
- You will work closely with engineering teams to repair, modify, and validate advanced electronic assemblies.
- In this role, you will also be at ease running and maintaining basic lab equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and solder/desolder stations.
- Additionally, you will exercise various software commands and scripts to perform diagnostic tests on our products, supporting the engineering team in troubleshooting and validation tasks.
- Success in this position requires careful attention to detail, the ability to follow precise procedures, and clear communication
- of findings.
- You will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our cutting-edge hardware solutions while maintaining an organized and efficient lab environment.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Work independently in a fast-paced engineering lab environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills.
- Rework and repair extremely complicated PCBs utilizing state-of-the-art components, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Operate and maintain basic lab equipment (such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering stations) and execute software commands to perform product tests.
- Collaborate effectively with remote engineering teams, communicating findings and progress clearly through digital platforms.
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting, validation, and documentation of hardware issues and solutions.
- Maintain an organized and efficient lab environment, adhering to safety and procedural standards.
- Job is 100% in-person; candidates must be available to work onsite at our engineering facility, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 12-10PM.
Must Have:
