Overview
Leading consumer goods company looking for an experienced Lab Support Specialist. Ideal candidates should have experience in batch making across multiple product forms.
Responsibilities
- Perform batch making, maintaining raw material inventory, and stability tracking across multiple product forms.
- Formulate products from batch sheets and monitor the stability of batches over time.
- Measure physical properties to characterize batches and assess in-use behavior.
- Maintain raw material inventory for production needs.
- Track stability and monitor product performance to optimize formulas.
- Document experimental procedures in lab notebooks and logs.
- Report results using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
- Coordinate maintenance and calibration of lab equipment with QA tracking.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and execute with minimal instructions.
- Support routine analytical methods and lab support activities.
- Willingness to work in a lab setting.
- Prior experience in batch making across multiple product forms.
- Deep understanding of raw material chemistry and process transformation.
- Experience maintaining raw material inventory and stability tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and responsiveness.
- Ability to coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Excellent documentation skills; non-P&G candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
