Blue Mint Thai & Asian Cuisine is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our brand-new location in Arlington, TX. This is a chance to build something from the ground up and establish operational excellence from day one at our state-of-the-art facility.

The Role: As our Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations and play a key role in our launch. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and managing BOH staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Conducting weekly inventory counts and tracking food costs
  • Monitoring labor costs to maintain profitability while supporting team needs
  • Maintaining food quality standards and kitchen safety protocols
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Collaborating with ownership to optimize kitchen efficiency
