We’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen and ensure every plate leaving the line meets our high standards for quality, consistency, and speed.

What You’ll Do
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen, including:
- Leading and supervising all kitchen staff — hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Managing food and labor costs while maintaining high standards
- Overseeing ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health standards
- Working closely with the GM and front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Jumping on the line as needed — we’re a hands-on team!
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 2 year experience as a kitchen manager (preferred)
- Understanding of cost control, inventory, and scheduling
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
