We re looking for a skilled, hands-on Kitchen Manager with a strong catering background who can lead a team, execute a weekly menu, and uphold our high culinary and ranch standards. If you love great food, organized operations, and creating a positive kitchen culture this role is for you.
- Direct, Hands-On Cooking: Lead by example in cooking and executing the weekly menu for guests and crew.
- The ranch serves 100+ guests/crew daily. The Crew also eats with guests and is served the same food prepared for guests.
- Lead the Kitchen: Manage and develop a talented kitchen team to execute the weekly menu with consistency and excellence.
- Order & Manage Inventory: Responsible for ordering all front and back of house supplies twice weekly and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure all ranch menu standards are met and upheld at all times.
- Clean & Positive Workplace: Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and promote a positive, professional work environment.
- Schedule & Coordinate: Create weekly schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing a kitchen team.
- Strong catering and large-scale cooking background.
- Ability to positively manage and lead front and back of house operations.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent cooking skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Ability to teach, mentor, and manage others effectively.
