Job Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in a high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurant.
- Strong and stable work history.
- Excellent organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure a caring work culture.
- Completion of a paid 12-week management training program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for food quality, production, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage food production and Back-of-the-House operations using company-provided recipes and procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead and train staff to maintain a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
- Manage labor and cost controls effectively in collaboration with the management team.
