About Britt's Pizza: We are an established Coastal Bar & Grill centered around a 900-degree Coal-Fired Oven, with a full menu including pizza, fresh pasta, grill, and sandwiches. We re entering a growth phase and need a working kitchen leader who takes ownership and leads from the front.
What You ll Do:
Lead and mentor kitchen staff across pizza, pasta, and grill stations
Run service from the line during peak volume
Build and maintain prep systems for high-volume days
Control food cost, labor, and inventory
Enforce clean closes and kitchen standards
Create structure and accountability within the team
What We re Looking For:
Proven experience leading in a high-volume kitchen
Strong operational mindset (not just menu ideas)
Comfortable working 55 hours during peak season
Leads by example and holds others accountable
Interested in long-term growth and stability
Compensation:
$58,000 $70,000 based on experience + performance-based bonus opportunity.
