WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Installing countertops, sinks, and shower systems in customers’ homes
- Measuring and templating jobs (laser or old-school — whatever gets it done right).
- Checking materials before leaving the shop so you don’t make two trips.
- Showing helpers and apprentices how it’s supposed to be done.
- Talking to customers like a professional — not a robot.
- Showing up on time, looking sharp, and representing a solid company.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience in kitchen & bath, construction, or the trades.
(carpentry, flooring, drywall, fabrication, framing — if you build stuff, we want to talk) - Strong mechanical skills and good instincts.
- Comfortable reading measurements, work orders, and instructions.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (under 4 points).
