WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Installing countertops, sinks, and shower systems in customers’ homes
• Measuring and templating jobs (laser or old-school — whatever gets it done right).
• Checking materials before leaving the shop so you don’t make two trips.
• Showing helpers and apprentices how it’s supposed to be done.
• Talking to customers like a professional — not a robot.
• Showing up on time, looking sharp, and representing a solid company.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Experience in kitchen & bath, construction, or the trades.
  (carpentry, flooring, drywall, fabrication, framing — if you build stuff, we want to talk)
• Strong mechanical skills and good instincts.
• Comfortable reading measurements, work orders, and instructions.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (under 4 points).
