Working Hands Fermentation is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team during an exciting period of growth. What You'll Do:
- Execute line cooking duties with precision and consistency
- Handle prep work including ingredient preparation, portioning, and mise en place
- Step up to full cooking responsibilities when needed, showing flexibility and initiative
- Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and quality
