Key Manager

We are a family restaurant who caters to the sports enthusiast. Gator's Dockside is entrenched in the community and is very involved with local schools, youth sports, and all other community activities.

Gator's Dockside Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and professional Key Manager. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bartenders, food runners, cooks, and other team members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

Key Manager Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing procedures for the entire restaurant
• 100% table visits
• Dealing with guest complaints
• Making sure that the restaurant is always clean and properly organized
• Dealing with daily restaurant issues
• Conducting pre-shift with all team members
• Cash and drawer audits
• Counting money
• Ability to run reports on the POS
• Checking out hourly team members
