The Manager at Serious Pizza is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance hospitality, quality, and efficiency while driving performance and profitability. The Manager sets the tone for the team—upholding Serious Pizza’s standards of excellence, developing team members, and fostering a culture built on energy, accountability, and over-the-top hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations to ensure Serious Pizza standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) are consistently met
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver genuine hospitality and uphold brand values
• Monitor and manage food, labor, and operating costs to achieve financial targets
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
• Drive sales and traffic through local marketing, community engagement, and operational execution
• Lead by example—model professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence in every shift

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or high-volume concept
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
