• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present our staffing solutions and identify workforce needs
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to match staffing solutions with client demands
• Assist with on-site client visits and maintain a strong local business presence as a brand ambassador
• Continuously develop your sales skills and grow into roles such as Sales Executive or Account Manager

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
• Goal-driven with a proactive mindset to meet targets and take initiative
• High energy, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Clean DMV record and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
