Our client is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Junior Accountant who wants more than just data entry — someone who wants real exposure to the mechanics of how a business runs financially.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll touch journal entries, cost allocations, general ledger activity, and month-end close — not just one piece of the puzzle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing and posting journal entries (including freight, duty, postage & operational allocations)
Owning general ledger reconciliations
Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Partnering cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy
Helping improve processes and maintain clean financials
You’ll gain exposure to real financial operations while working alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6 months to 1 year of accounting experience (internships count!)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
ERP experience a plus (NetSuite is a bonus!)
