Our company is looking for a Junior Sales Executive : a role built for the ambitious individual looking to master customer acquisition and sales performance.
As part of our team, you’ll represent Frontier services, work directly with customers as you develop the professional skills that turn entry-level talent into future leaders.
The Junior Sales Executive will learn how to manage conversations and close opportunities — all while discovering that being an “executive” involves occasionally explaining to friends that you don’t actually have a private jet yet.
Primary Functions of a Junior Sales Executive:
- Interact with customers directly to present Frontier products and service options
- Educate customers through in-person consultations focused on value and solutions
- Deliver professional sales experiences that encourage confident purchasing decisions
- Compete to achieve and exceed individual sales benchmarks
- Identify new opportunities through proactive customer engagement
- Track activity and performance metrics to improve results consistently
- Participate in mentorship and leadership development sessions
- Support team initiatives that strengthen overall market expansion
