We are looking for a driven Junior Sales Consultant who can help us in our endeavours to create direct marketing and sales campaigns that give a strong brand presence and continuous growth.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you would join the marketing and sales team to bring products to life by delivering impactful campaigns built around our clients' needs to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. What we expect of our Junior Sales Consultant:

• Represent the Frontier brand professionally while engaging with customers

• Be a primary point of contact during campaigns

• Give tailored solutions to meet customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction as our trusted Customer Success Associate

• Educate customers on and explain the benefits of Frontier's wireless services and products

• Work alongside fellow Junior Sales Consultants on sales strategies and campaigns

• Problem-solve and troubleshoot accounts and products to ensure an efficient enrollment process

• Handle customer information with sensitivity and accuracy

What we look for in our Junior Sales Consultants

• High school diploma/GED

• Previous experience in Sales, Customer service, or marketing preferred

• Growth - oriented and customer-centric mindset

• Team player and collaborative

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
