Role Requirements for a Junior Sales Account Manager

  • Carry out Frontier Fiber activations and account migrations with accuracy, ensuring compliance and supporting Pomona’s residential sales expansion.
  • Strengthen consultative sales abilities, evaluating household bandwidth needs and recommending fiber internet and TV packages that improve home performance.
  • Participate in team briefings and peer coaching sessions, reinforcing sales alignment and contributing to territory productivity.
  • Assist in onboarding new associates, guiding them through Frontier serviceability audits, Wi‑F hardware training, and compliance procedures.
  • Respond to technical and billing concerns with professional communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and reinforcing Frontier’s reliability.
  • Partner with Entry-Level Growth Associates to track sales outcomes, aligning outreach with promotional campaigns and regional fiber adoption goals
