Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000
Our client is looking to add a Junior Project Accountant to their team in Itasca. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants hands-on exposure to project accounting and billing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project billing and invoice preparation
- Support project accounting activities, including cost tracking and reporting
- Maintain project documentation and support compliance requirements
- Assist senior team members with month-end and ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (project accounting or billing required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
