We have AN AMAZING Junior Planner opportunity for a high achiever with an entrepreneurial spirit! The Junior Planner partners closely with the Head of Planning Allocation, GMM, Buying and Planning team members, to support sales and inventory strategies through reporting, analysis, projections, and replenishment support. This role is focused on understanding performance at the style and category level, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing clear insights and recommendations that inform allocation and planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily replenishment decisionsby analyzing store, style, and category-level selling and inventory performance
Plan sales and inventoriesto support events and promotions and analyze their performance
Own weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and productivity reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance
Analyze sell-through, weeks of supply, and inventory productivity to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain style-level sales and inventory projectionsfor ongoing product and seasonal assortments
Partner with the Head of Planning Allocation, GMM and Buyer to translate business strategy into actionable allocation execution
Support initial allocation planningthrough historical analysis, volume indexes, and style performance evaluation
Monitor performance against projections and proactively flag opportunities to maximize sales and improve inventory turns
Support forecasting for newness, core styles, and replenishment programs
Communicate insights in a clear, concise, and actionable way to cross-functional partners
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations
Advanced Excel skills and with a solid understanding of retail math and inventory concepts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a clear story with data
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and react to change quickly
3–5 years of experience in allocation, planning, or a related retail role preferred
