Junior Marketing Coordinator

Our client a health and beauty aids distribution company is seeking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator

The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team with day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow in marketing and enjoys working on content, social media, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with writing and editing basic marketing content, including social media posts, internal documents, and marketing materials
• Organize and maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation
• Coordinate with the graphic artist to request, track, and receive graphics for marketing projects
• Support social media initiatives, including content preparation, posting, and project follow-up
• Help schedule and track marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist the marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working with basic digital tools such as email, shared drives, and project trackers
• Interest in marketing, content creation, and social media
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience working with creative teams, such as graphic designers, is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take direction
