Junior Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a passionate Junior Marketing Associate to support our growing portfolio of charity and nonprofit clients. Our organization develops and executes innovative fundraising campaigns, community outreach programs, and on-site promotional events that help nonprofits increase awareness, engage supporters, and drive meaningful donations. Every initiative is tailored to each client’s mission and target audience to maximize impact, donor engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives, creating a positive public image
• Support the Public Relations and Marketing Manager in developing campaigns that align with each nonprofit’s mission and fundraising goals
• Serve as a liaison between donors, volunteers, and nonprofit organizations, ensuring clear communication of key messages
• Assist with campaign setup, execution, and breakdown, including managing promotional materials, merchandise, and event logistics
• Track campaign performance and donor engagement metrics to support ongoing strategy improvements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of marketing and fundraising initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related fields preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
• Ability to develop creative fundraising and community engagement strategies
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
