Junior Litigation Paralegal

We are working with a boutique Atlanta firm with a strong presence in the market to find a Junior Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes, complex litigation matters. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise from case inception through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation: discovery, document review, trial prep, and appellate support.

• Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence.

• Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibits, and witness files.

• Conduct research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other tools.

• Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendars with precision.

• Liaise with clients, experts, and vendors professionally.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.

• Strong federal court and complex civil litigation experience.

• Proficient with litigation support tools and e-discovery platforms.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and client-service skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
