Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Investment Operations & Process Support

• Support day-to-day investment operations across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring

• Maintain accurate deal and portfolio records within internal systems and databases

• Assist in tracking investment milestones, approvals, and documentation

Reporting & Data Management

• Support recurring portfolio, performance, and investment activity reporting

• Assist with data reconciliation between investment, finance, and external reporting sources

• Help maintain KPI dashboards and standardized reporting templates

Investment Committee & Documentation Support

• Coordinate materials and data for investment committee meetings

• Assist with preparation and quality control of investment memos and summaries

• Ensure proper documentation and version control across investment materials

Portfolio & Fund Support

• Support portfolio company data collection and monitoring

• Assist with analysis related to capital calls, distributions, follow-on investments, and exits

• Coordinate with fund operations, finance, and third-party service providers as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with investment teams, finance, compliance, and external administrators

• Support improvements to investment workflows, systems, and operational processes

• Assist with implementation or enhancement of investment tools and reporting infrastructure
