Key Responsibilities of the Junior Customer Service Representative:


  • Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and support, ensuring each contact with customers is professional and effective.
  • Recommend Frontier’s products and services to customers while offering tailored solutions to meet their connectivity needs
  • As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to support follow-ups and service improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior Customer Service Representatives and specialized teams while keeping clients informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Collaborate with fellow Junior Customer Service Representatives and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service and meet client expectations.
  • Be part of ongoing training to strengthen skills and knowledge as a Junior Customer Service Representative.
  • Assist clients with account updates, service changes, sales inquiries, and other support requests to create a seamless experience.
  • The designated Junior Customer Service Representative will identify trends in client feedback and provide suggestions for improving service quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Skills and Attributes Required for the Junior Customer Service Representative:


  • Holds a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a Junior Customer Service Representative or similar role is an advantage.
  • Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, and can explain details effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client requests efficiently.
  • Client-focused, eager to provide supportive service aligned with company standards.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems.
  • Strong organizational and customer support skills.
