Junior Client Manager

Mark of Mastery consulting is a dynamic sales and marketing company that is dedicated to helping brands connect with customers. We are currently looking for an account manager trainee who will receive hands-on experience in client relationship management, sales and business operations.

At Mastery we believe in investing in our people through training, mentorship and clearly defined career progression. The Junior Client Manager candidate we are looking for must have an interest in client relationship management, sales and business operations.

Duties for the Junior Client Manager Role

• The Junior Client Manager will support senior account managers in maintaining, growing and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Identifying new clients, preparing quotations and handling client enquiries 
• The Junior Client Manager will assist with client onboarding and client relationship management in the process
• The Junior Client Manager will provide administrative support to senior management by updating CRM software, generating reports and processing client documents
• The Junior Client Manager will attend training sessions, workshops and complete assigned training modules to learn and understand client relationship management, sales and business development.

Requirements for the Junior Client Manager Role

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Must have an interest in learning about client relationship management, sales and business operations.
