Junior Client Account Representative Daily Duties
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residential customers to sell and upgrade AT&T service plans.
- Building trust-based relationships with homeowners to ensure long-term brand loyalty and recurring sales.
- Presenting customized telecommunications packages that solve real-world connectivity issues for families.
- Balancing a friendly, consultative approach with a drive to meet and exceed daily account targets.
- Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices for overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Ensuring all client data is captured accurately during the sales process to facilitate seamless service.
- Attending team-building workshops alongside the Junior Client Account Representative team focused on the psychology of sales and the art of human connection.
- Managing a designated Sacramento territory with a focus on both volume and high-quality interactions.
