Responsibilities
+ Supports the customer’s comprehensive Asset Management Strategy, goals, objectives, and KPI/metrics.
+ Supports the development and maintenance of approved policies and procedures for effective asset lifecycle management (acquisition, deployment, utilization, de-installation, reallocation, and disposal) of IT assets.
+ Supports IT cross team integrations with IT Service Management processes, such as Configuration Management, Incident, Change, Problem Management, etc.
+ Supports ROI and efficiency strategy through effective analytics and reporting, acquisition strategy and licensing, and process discipline.
+ Assists with compliance to security policies and standards for IT assets.
+ Supports the development, and maintenance of approved processes for managing and tracking the full IT asset, license, and maintenance lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
+ Ensures that IT Asset Management deliverables, according to the contract, are delivered on time and accurately.
+ Supports the shipping and disposal processes and execution.
+ Conducts physical and virtual audits, action plans to address gaps, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement actions for technology.
Qualifications
+ Min 7 years with HS Diploma, 5years with AS/AA degree, or a Bachelor's Degree
+ A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
+ Experience in an IT and asset management position.
+ Must have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
