Junior Accounting Clerk

• Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Location: Calabasas, CA 91302 (On-site)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone fresh out of school who wants practical accounting experience, mentorship, and exposure to basic HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced, supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily accounting, administrative, and reporting tasks
• Post payments and assist with accounts payable, collections, and reconciliation activities
• Support sales reporting and basic financial tracking
• Communicate professionally with new and existing clients via phone and email
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and temporary associates
• Assist with recruiting and sourcing temporary associates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for staffing supervisors
• Support onboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion through our system
• Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with special projects as needed
