Key Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant:
- Communicate with landlords via email and phone regarding lease‑related inquiries as the Junior Accountant
- Review leases and contracts to track recurring costs and remittances as the Junior Accountant
- Support high‑volume account activity across multiple locations while maintaining accuracy as the Junior Accountant
- Reconcile payments within the general ledger and assist with AR and expense postings as the Junior Accountant
- Assist with journal entries, account analysis, and documentation review as the Junior Accountant
Qualifications for the Junior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of accounting or accounting‑support experience
- Working knowledge of Excel with strong attention to detail
