Overview of the Junior Accountant Role
In the Junior Accountant position, you will be essential to the financial operations, with responsibilities including:
- Invoicing: Accurately prepare and send invoices to clients promptly.
- Reconciliation: Ensuring that accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
- State Taxes: Assisting in the preparation and filing of state tax returns.
- Revenue: Supporting revenue tracking and reporting efforts to ensure financial accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications for the Junior Accountant
We are seeking a Junior Accountant with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Entry-level experience (0–1 year) in accounting is a plus!
- Basic to intermediate skills in Excel and QuickBooks.
